Job summary

Carrols Corporation is hiring an Hourly Shift Coordinator for Burger King®. You’ll help lead the shift, ensure food quality, speed, cleanliness, and safety, and coach team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll work under the RGM/AM, take ownership of shift execution, and drive results through communication, attention to detail, and leading by example. This entry-level leadership role offers growth opportunities and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback, supporting development, and keeping everyone energized during shifts.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan, upholding BK standards, directing workflow, and stepping in where needed.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders.
