Job summary

TruVolt Brands is seeking a performance-driven Affiliate & Creator Marketing Manager to turn creators, affiliates and publishers into a predictable growth channel for Snow Joe, Sun Joe, Aqua Joe and Auto Joe. You’ll own growth across TikTok Shop and key affiliate networks, recruiting partners and building campaigns that convert into revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affiliate or creator marketing experience in social commerce or e-commerce, with hands-on TikTok Shop Affiliate Center experience.
• A track record of growing an affiliate or creator program with measurable revenue or GMV impact.
• Strong understanding of what motivates creators and affiliates, including commission rates, seeding, retainers, exclusive coupons, special offers, ROAS and incrementality.
• Highly organized and analytical, and comfortable working in spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Clear communicator with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience with affiliate networks and tools such as Impact, ShareASale, AWIN and Rakuten, plus link management and product feeds, is a plus.
• Experience in DTC e-commerce, outdoor tools or home and garden is a plus.
• Experience aligning affiliate pushes with merchandising, promotions and product launches is a plus.
• An existing creator or affiliate network, or experience negotiating retainers, seeding programs or creator contracts, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the affiliate growth strategy for assigned product lines and seasonal initiatives across TikTok Shop and affiliate networks, with quarterly roadmaps and daily and weekly campaign execution.
• Identify, recruit and manage high-performing organic and paid affiliates and creators through TikTok Affiliate Center, Lark, outbound outreach and creator communities.
• Create and manage open plans, targeted plans and end-to-end campaign launches.
• Develop commission tiers, bundles and limited-time offers that motivate creators and increase content output.
• Build and manage a roster of creators on retainer, and improve creator agreements with the legal and marketing teams.
• Run creator seeding and sampling programs, and align on briefs, content requirements and publishing schedules.
• Launch campaigns with brand influencers, loyal customers and editorial partners to generate UGC, earn publisher placements and secure SEO backlinks that grow traffic and conversion for ShopJoe.com.
• Manage affiliate operations, including tracking links and UTMs, product feeds, attribution, partner terms, creator consent, onboarding and payouts.
• Track and optimize performance, including GMV and revenue, content output, conversion trends and ROAS/ROI.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly performance reports with clear insights and next steps.
• Build strong long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates and partners.
• Work with internal teams, external partners and TikTok account managers and support teams to reach affiliate goals.
