TruVolt Brands is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to organize and manage marketing calendars across Snow Joe, Sun Joe, Aqua Joe, Auto Joe and Jetson brands. You’ll coordinate asset collection, promotions, and platform launches while reporting on performance.

You will collaborate with design, e-commerce, product and sales teams daily to keep campaigns on schedule and on-brand. 1–3 years of digital marketing experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Experience managing content or promotional calendars across multiple platforms.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills, with the ability to keep multiple teams and deadlines on track.
• Clear, concise copywriting for promotions, emails and social posts.
• Comfortable learning, installing and troubleshooting new marketing tools.
• Experience supporting multiple brands or product lines is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Build and manage the marketing calendar across all brands, including promotions, launches, holidays and seasonal pushes.
• Create and run checklists across departments to ensure assets are collected on time for each campaign.
• Schedule posts, emails and promotions across social media, email/SMS, brand websites and other digital platforms.
• Launch and push promotions on time, and confirm everything is live across channels.
• Write weekly promotional copy for multiple brands, maintaining each brand’s voice.
• Install, set up and maintain marketing software and tools, including scheduling platforms and tracking pixels.
• Track and report weekly metrics and campaign performance, and flag what’s working and what isn’t.
• Keep marketing assets and files organized for quick access.
• Support the Digital Marketing Manager with day-to-day projects and campaign setup.
