Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in King, NC is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage the customer flow from inquiry to admission. You will build positive relationships with prospective residents and referral sources, verify payer eligibility, and ensure all forms are completed to support census goals.

This full-time position requires a High School Diploma and a minimum of three years in a healthcare setting, plus comfort with referral software and electronic health records. Shifts are 8:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer flow from inquiry to admission.
• Coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs.
• Build positive relations with potential customers and referral sources.
• Ensure proper payer for admission and complete all necessary paperwork.
