Job summary

Emerald Health & Rehab Center in Lillington, NC is seeking a dedicated admissions and marketing professional to manage the customer flow, admissions process, and outreach programs for the community.

You will drive referrals by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, and senior care facilities, coordinate tours and pre-certifications, and ensure a positive admission experience while delivering outstanding service to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Cultivating and maintaining professional relationships in local health care markets.
• Generate referrals by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources.
• Coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications, and pre-certifications.
• Conduct community outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups.
• Make regular marketing calls and visits to referral sources to increase referrals and admissions.
• Facilitate admissions decisions and ensure a positive admission experience.
• Provide extraordinary customer service to external and internal customers.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
