Job summary

Infoshred LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate in East Windsor, CT to support daily finance operations. You will process payments, communicate with customers, and keep billing processes running smoothly on a 30-40 hour schedule based on experience.

This role offers hands-on accounting exposure in a small, collaborative team where your work matters, with a stable schedule and opportunities to grow your accounting skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or related accounting support.
• High school diploma required; associate's degree is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear and professional communication; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments.
• Prepare and process daily bank deposits.
• Send invoices, statements, and billing-related correspondence.
• Communicate with customers by phone or email regarding payments or account updates.
• Assist with collections outreach for past-due invoices.
• Maintain client account portals and assist with vendor onboarding.
• Provide W9s and Certificates of Insurance as needed.
• Support the Finance team with additional accounting tasks.
