• Recording checks, ACH transfers, wire payments and matching them to the correct customer accounts.
• Checking financial records to resolve discrepancies, missing invoices or short payments.
• Reviewing aging reports and contacting clients via phone or email regarding overdue balances.
• Answering client questions about billing, statements or payment history.
