Techline is seeking an Account Representative in Little Rock, AR to build and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating shipping with the warehouse team and tracking material delivery schedules.

You will develop and manage customer accounts, serve as the liaison among clients, vendors, and Techline, and help sustain long-term business growth through proactive service and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering-based field or related area.
• Minimum one year of sales-based experience.
• Experience delivering solutions based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Relay customer needs to Techline staff members.
• Resolve issues and customer complaints to maintain trust.
