Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an Account Executive for the Business Team Sales to drive new business with small firms. This hunter role focuses on acquiring accounts, meeting monthly quotas, and delivering T-Mobile products and services to underserved markets.

You will prospect, quote, negotiate, and close deals, building relationships and expanding the customer base while leveraging T-Mobile's competitive offers and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Sell wireless products, services, and solutions to new business (1–9 employees).
• Negotiate and close deals with customers.
• Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
• Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
• Utilize sales force automation and manage the sales funnel.
