Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in real estate, construction, multi-site healthcare operations, or M&A.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent, multi-workstream projects with numerous internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end de novo site openings from site selection to go-live.
• Maintain master de novo project tracker and flag risks to leadership.
• Coordinate operational prep and go-live activities, including credentialing, scheduling, staffing, and telehealth to in-person transition.
• Manage lease negotiations, buildout coordination, and vendor management to ensure timely openings.
• Drive accountability across departments and external partners to meet timelines.
