Flourish Research is seeking a remote Site Development & Facilities Project Manager to support its Growth & Integration team. You will own end-to-end site development, oversee facilities management, manage budgets, and coordinate with real estate vendors across a multi-site network.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration, drive KPI tracking, and ensure compliance and safety standards. Travel up to 50% may be required, with a competitive compensation package and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of real estate, site development, and facilities management across a multi-site network.
• Healthcare related experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and vendor management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee delivery of site development across the network, including DeNovo builds, site expansions, relocations, and real estate management.
• Own end-to-end facilities management for the site network, including vendor identification and lifecycle planning.
• Develop and maintain site standards, project tracking tools, and KPIs for consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate real estate, construction, and facilities vendors to ensure compliance.
• Manage budgets and forecasts with Finance, and report program status to stakeholders.
• Travel up to 50% for site visits and project delivery.
• Partner with Operations, IT, and Clinical Ops to address issues proactively.
• Lead continuous process improvements in facilities and site development.
