Job summary

Zurich Cover-More seeks a Growth & Experimentation Manager to own the North America growth program across direct-to-consumer sites and partner booking flows. You will translate commercial strategies into a prioritized roadmap, coordinating product, data science, UX, content, and analytics to drive learning and commercial value.

The role requires leading through influence, delivering scalable test programs, and communicating outcomes to senior stakeholders in a customer-centric way.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital growth, optimization, or related disciplines.
• Ability to translate business strategy into experimentation priorities.
• Proven success influencing cross-functional teams without direct management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end optimization and growth strategy for US/Canada channels.
• Coordinate inputs from product, data science, UX, content, and analytics.
• Define tests, sequencing, and prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Translate test outcomes into actionable decisions and narratives.
• Lead test ideation, design, and delivery at scale while ensuring compliance.
