Zurich Cover-More is seeking a Growth & Experimentation Manager to lead the North America optimization program across direct‑to‑consumer sites and partner flows. You will translate business strategy into a clear experimentation roadmap, coordinating product, data science, UX, content, and analytics to drive commercially meaningful growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital, growth, optimization, or related disciplines with senior leadership experience.
• Ability to translate business/partner strategy into experimentation priorities and learning agendas.
• Experience influencing cross‑functional teams without direct management responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end optimization and growth strategy across US/Canada and partner flows.
• Translate commercial objectives into prioritized testing and growth roadmaps.
• Coordinate inputs from product, data science, UX, content, and analytics into a unified plan.
• Define tests, sequencing, and ensure alignment with strategic opportunities.
• Lead through influence, drive cross‑functional delivery to prioritize optimization.
• Convert test outcomes into actionable decisions and business value.
• Drive ideation, design, and delivery of tests at scale, respecting compliance and partner needs.
• Craft performance narratives and present recommendations to executives and partners.
• Present optimization strategy and tradeoffs in senior forums; manage stakeholder expectations.
