Job summary

Zurich Cover-More is seeking a Growth & Experimentation Manager to own the NA optimization program across direct-to-consumer sites and partner purchase flows. You will translate commercial strategies into a clear testing and growth roadmap, leading cross-functional teams and presenting outcomes to senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes test-and-learn methodologies, UX/conversion optimization, and collaboration across time zones, with a hybrid work model and a market-competitive compensation

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital growth, optimization or related disciplines.
• Ability to translate business/partner strategy into testing priorities.
• Demonstrated influence across cross-functional teams without direct reports.
• Deep experience with test-and-learn methodologies and optimization at scale.
• Strong commercial acumen connecting experiments to business performance.
• Excellent executive communication to senior, non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI and conversion in e-commerce purchase flows.
• Experience in global, multi-timezone environments.
• Strong integrity and risk-management mindset; protect customer trust.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end optimization and growth strategy across U.S. and Canada channels.
• Interpret direct-to-consumer and partner strategies into experimentation agendas.
• Coordinate inputs from product, data science, UX, content, and analytics into a unified roadmap.
• Decide what to test and in what sequence to maximize value.
• Lead through influence to align cross-functional teams on priorities.
• Translate test outcomes into clear decisions and narrative for leadership.
• Drive ideation, design, and delivery of tests at scale while balancing constraints.
• Present optimization performance and recommendations to executives and partners.
