Job summary

Immigration Hotspot is seeking a Growth Executive to engage with prospective clients for Skilled Migration, Global Talent Visas, and other Australian visa pathways. You will qualify leads, provide general information on migration options, and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline, all while building strong client relationships via calls, video meetings, and emails.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required with strong communication and customer-facing experience.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Immigration Services, or related client-facing role.
• Excellent documentation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for leads eligible for Skilled Migration or visas.
• Conduct initial lead qualification and provide general migration information.
• Understand client requirements and map to suitable migration pathways.
• Collect and record information from leads in CRM with accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
• Nurture leads through timely follow-ups to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Build trust via calls, video meetings, emails and other channels.
• Prepare and send accurate service agreements and proposals.
