Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-stakes environments such as high-growth startups, consulting, or specialized legal operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processes for high-skilled immigration cases (O-1, EB-1, EB-2 NIW) with a weeks-to-months delivery standard.
• Act as a dedicated partner to world-class technologists and founders, providing white-glove support and clear guidance through stressful legal transitions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine the software platform, automating manual workflows to enhance the user experience.
• Help define the Lighthouse Standard for quality as the company scales its operations to support hundreds of new customers monthly.
