Job summary

Howden is seeking a Growth Execution Manager in New York City to drive strategic growth initiatives across Global Practices. You will partner with GP Leaders, plan development across leadership, strategy, clients, insights, and marketing, and lead cross-functional delivery to achieve measurable business outcomes.

The role calls for 2–3 years in consulting, strategy, or project management within insurance, a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong stakeholder influence.

• Experience in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Growth Execution Focus: Partner with GP Leaders to identify and execute key initiatives across six pillars and ensure tangible business outcomes.
• Strategic Planning and Delivery: Create development plans for each practice and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes.
• Thought Leadership and Innovation: Lead the development and execution of innovative strategies to strengthen capabilities and impact of our GPs.
