Howden Group in New York is looking for a Growth Execution Manager to drive growth initiatives across Global Practices, partnering with GP Leaders to deliver high-potential projects. You will help translate strategy into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery while advancing innovation and knowledge sharing across Howden’s Specialty business.

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• 2-3 years of consulting, strategy, or project management experience.

• Experience with data analysis is an advantage.
