Job summary

Howden Group in the United States seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and value realization.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities, partnering with leaders, process owners, and technology teams to translate strategy into action.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in insurance brokerage/related fields.
• Experience leading business transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation projects.
• Proficiency with PM methodologies (PMI, Agile, or hybrid) and PMO tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee end-to-end delivery of projects with clear scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Lead cross-functional teams across processes, technology, and organizational change.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure adherence to PMO standards and reporting.
