Job summary

Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Growth Event Coordinator based in the United States. You will oversee end-to-end logistics for nationwide conferences, ensuring data-driven execution and sales-ready output.

You will collaborate across Sales, Operations, Finance, and external partners, developing SOPs and leveraging AI to streamline tasks, while traveling occasionally for events across the U.S. This role offers a remote-first work environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple events and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; coordinate effectively with external organizers and internal teams.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and operational systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools and automation to improve workflows and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics of conference and trade show program; registrations, booths, travel, shipping, materials.
• Act as primary coordination point between conference organizers, sales, operations, finance, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare sales teams for events by organizing agendas, attendee information, and industry insights.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to manage attendee lists and ensure data is recorded in Salesforce.
• Monitor event performance, expenses, and outcomes; identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and improve SOPs and playbooks to scale the conference program.
• Provide on-site support at selected conferences and trade shows.
