Chime seeks a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to own growth for Chime Enterprise's employer-partner funnel, spanning opportunity sizing to roadmap delivery against quarterly goals.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Sales to drive end-to-end growth metrics and scale a repeatable model across partners. Your role combines product marketing strengths with ownership of results, including experimentation planning, creative execution, and measurement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of growth/marketing experience or related field.
• Proven ability to drive measurable growth via experiments and optimization.
• Experience marketing to end users through partner/enterprise channels (B2B2C).
• Strong analytical skills to define metrics, track performance, and interpret results.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth strategy and outcomes for Chime Enterprise's employee-side funnel.
• Lead embedded growth for Enterprise with cross-functional teams.
• Drive funnel performance across B2B2C channels and optimize onboarding.
