Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Growth Engineer in San Francisco with a hybrid work setup to own the signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion experiences. You will be measured by the funnel metrics you move, not just by features shipped.

You will build growth surfaces end-to-end, instrument funnels, run experiments, and ship changes that move real metrics using a modern stack including Next.js, React, Tailwind, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Vercel, and Anthropic Claude API.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a full-stack engineer, with growth/PLG experience and metrics you personally owned.
• Experience with modern frontend/backend tech and optimizing conversion funnels.
• Proven track record of shipping experiments that moved metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth surfaces end to end: signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion.
• Instrument the funnel, run experiments, and ship changes that move real metrics.
• Build full stack from frontend to backend powering growth features.
• Treat conversion and activation as primary metrics and own them.
