Job summary

Notion in New York City is seeking a Growth Lead for Startups and SMBs. You will run growth experiments, translate data signals into live tests, and partner across teams to move ideas from concept to measurable outcomes.

Expect to query data, prototype in-product flows, and launch campaigns. You will build AI-assisted workflows and structure growth programs that others can reuse and scale.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to ship growth or operations projects with measurable impact.
• Strong SQL and data judgment for testing assumptions and signals.
• Ability to turn ambiguous goals into actionable plans and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Run growth experiments for Startups and SMB programs, turning ideas into measurable customer and revenue growth.
• Map funnel, data sources, and growth bets with partners by day 90 and ship the first experiment.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for audience research, campaign iteration, and quality checks with data guardrails.
• Develop a portfolio of growth programs by year one using SQL and customer research to spot opportunities.
• Turn top experiments into reusable programs, playbooks, and scalable measurement systems.
