We are seeking a Growth Data Scientist who will apply statistical inference and experimentation to understand the impact of product changes and drive decision-making. You will partner with product, engineering, and marketing to define north star metrics and build dashboards to monitor

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with ambiguity and driven by business results.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or R).
• Experience applying statistical inference and experimentation to drive recommendations.
• Able to transform raw data into useful datasets when needed.
• Bias for using the right tools to maximize efficiency.
• Experience balancing speed and accuracy in analyses.

Responsibilities

• Define north star metrics and build foundational datasets and dashboards.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to shape data-driven strategy.
