Job summary

Alpaca is seeking a Growth Lead to define and own how we measure growth across the entire customer journey. You will set the North Star for growth and partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to drive impactful moves.

You will own the end-to-end growth funnel, run experiments, and build retention and monetization models to forecast impact. This role reports to the growth org and includes competitive compensation with stock options.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth funnel end-to-end, analyzing acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization.
• Run the growth experimentation engine, designing A/B tests and causal/incrementality studies.
• Model growth with retention/cohort analyses, churn and LTV models, and forecasts.
