Firecrawl is hiring a Senior Growth Engineer in San Francisco to own the full growth funnel—from signup and activation to onboarding and conversion. You will instrument and experiment on product surfaces to accelerate PLG success and move key metrics from day one.

You will work on a modern stack (Next.js, React, Tailwind, TypeScript) and collaborate closely with data teams to measure impact and iterate quickly in a fast‑moving AI company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a full‑stack engineer, with growth/PLG experience and metrics you personally owned.
• Strong track record of owning a conversion, activation, or funnel metric and moving it.
• Experience running real A/B tests and interpreting results.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth surfaces end to end: signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion.
• Instrument the funnel, run experiments, and ship changes that move real metrics.
• Build full‑stack features from frontend to backend to support growth.
• Treat activation as a primary metric, own it, measure it, and improve it.
• Work closely with data, form hypotheses, test them, and iterate quickly.
