Job summary

Firecrawl Inc. seeks a Senior Software Engineer to own the monetization surface from pricing to upsell, delivering revenue-focused outcomes. You will ship full-stack code in a PLG-driven environment, drive experiments, and collaborate with product and sales to optimize conversion and expansion.

This on-site SF role requires 5+ years of experience and a strong bias for measurable impact. You’ll work across Next.js, React, and modern cloud tooling to move metrics.

Qualifications

• Ownership of a revenue metric (paid conversion, upgrade rate, expansion, or NRR).
• Strong full-stack engineering background with growth/PLG products.
• Ownership of a conversion/activation/funnel metric, not just features.
• Experience running real A/B tests and learning from results.
• Worked on developer-facing products (SDKs, APIs) and onboarding flows.
• Demonstrated tenure and commitment to complete projects.

Responsibilities

• Own monetization surfaces end to end: pricing, plans, upgrade flows, and self-serve to sales handoff.
• Instrument the revenue funnel, run pricing/packaging experiments, and ship changes that improve paid conversion.
• Treat paid conversion and net revenue retention as-your-metrics; measure, iterate, and improve.
