Job summary

Soda Data is hiring a GTM Engineer to build the content engine that drives our data quality narrative for enterprise teams. You will own ingestion, theme extraction, drafting, evals, and review, producing webinars, product videos, and other content.

You will work directly with the founders and customers to fine-tune the voice, publish outputs, and measure pipeline impact. This role is fully remote across the United States, with opportunity for office collaboration in Brooklyn.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building things that go to market: growth engineering, marketing ops, technical content, RevOps, or a founder background.
• Able to write and tell a story; share writing that resonates with a technical audience.
• Serious prompt engineering: multi-step LLM pipelines with structured outputs and evals.
• Enough code to be autonomous: Python or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, a database.

Responsibilities

• Build the content engine end-to-end: ingestion, theme extraction, drafting, evals, and review.
• Create content including webinars and product videos.
• Own and grow audience; measure reach and pipeline influence.
• Ensure the engine sounds like the team, not a model.
• Contribute across the Growth stack as constraints move.
• Collaborate directly with founders, customers, and customer engineers to improve Soda's messaging.
