Job summary

Soda is building the first Data & AI performance monitoring platform and is hiring to own content end-to-end. You will develop the system that can publish technical content at scale, matching distinct voices for founders and customers, while writing code daily to support this goal.

You’ll join the Growth team reporting to a co-founder, with flexibility to work across regions. The role blends content, growth engineering, and developer advocacy in data and infrastructure, with remote-friendly

Qualifications

• Ability to write for a technical audience and distinguish quality writing from poor output.
• Experience designing multi-step LLM pipelines with structured outputs and evaluation.
• 3+ years building to-market technical content, growth engineering, or related roles.
• Sufficient coding experience to be autonomous (Python/TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, databases).
• Data fluency to discuss pipelines, data quality, and warehouses.
• Generalist instinct to fix bottlenecks and build end-to-end workflows.
• Ability to work asynchronously across 12+ countries without hand-holding.
• Fluent English, with a track record of growing a technical audience.
• Experience with content, growth, or DevRel in data, developer tools, or infrastructure.
• Experience shipping agentic workflows and using tools like Claude skills.

Responsibilities

• Own content from conception to publication for a technical audience.
• Build and maintain the system to scale content output automatically.
• Write code and content in parallel, ensuring voice consistency across founders and customers.
