Job summary

Capy Corporation is seeking a growth-focused engineer in San Francisco to design and ship automation, onboarding flows, and content that accelerates user adoption of Capy. You will talk to customers, build experiments, and own growth initiatives end-to-end.

You will also plan and run developer-focused events, collaborate with teams, and measure impact with tracked metrics. The role blends hands-on coding with outward-facing activities to drive revenue and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Engineer who can build pages, wire APIs, and ship a working prototype independently.
• Strong communicator who can talk to customers and gather real feedback.
• Proven ability to run events from planning to follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build growth automation, onboarding flows, and landing pages to move metrics.
• Talk to customers regularly to understand adoption and friction.
• Create content (articles, videos) to demonstrate Capy capabilities.
• Plan and run developer-focused events (hackathons, meetups).
• Own the funnel and instrument growth experiments weekly.
