Job summary

Capy is seeking an engineer focused on growth to build automation, pages, and APIs that scale adoption. You’ll talk to customers daily, craft content that shows Capy’s value, and run developer-focused events to bring teams into the funnel.

You’ll own growth experiments end-to-end, from idea to shipped result, collaborating across product, marketing, and the field. This is a hands-on role, SF-based, with equity potential.

Qualifications

• You can build a page, wire an API, query a database, write automation, and ship a working prototype independently.
• You are a hacker with side projects and have shipped something people actually used.
• You already work with Capy or similar agents to get things done and want to apply it to growth problems.
• You enjoy customer calls and getting developers to share what’s really wrong, so you can improve the product.

Responsibilities

• Build automation, landing pages, onboarding flows, demos, integrations, scrapers, and dashboards.
• Talk to customers frequently to learn why teams adopt Capy and where they get stuck.
• Create content: articles, videos, demos showing Capy in action.
• Run events end-to-end: hackathons, meetups, dinners, and workshops.
• Own the funnel: discover how developers find Capy and optimize the path to a merged PR.
• Run weekly experiments: ship, measure, keep what works, kill what doesn’t.
