Credit Genie is seeking a MarTech / Growth Engineer to sit at the intersection of Marketing, Engineering, Data, Product, and Operations.

This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on using technology to solve growth problems. You’ll own and evolve the technical infrastructure that powers customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across marketing data, attribution, lifecycle automation, experimentation, advertising platforms, and AI‑powered workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong TypeScript or Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with MarTech/data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own growth tech stack and infrastructure for acquisition, attribution, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and experimentation.
• Build and maintain marketing data pipelines across identities, events, and conversions.
• Automate growth operations and embed AI into marketing workflows.
• Prototype landing pages, internal tools, and lightweight product experiences for rapid testing.
• Turn data into action by diagnosing funnels and measuring experiments.
