Qualifications

• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript for building reusable UI components.
• Strong HTML/CSS skills and modern JS ecosystems.
• Experience with serverless systems (e.g., Workers, AWS Lambda).
• Experience in growth analytics, A/B testing, telemetry.
• System design fundamentals and RESTful API knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Experimentation & Growth: Deliver customer-facing UI experiences and A/B experiments aimed at accelerating user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-informed hypotheses.
• Full-Stack Execution: Architect scalable front-end solutions and build features end-to-end across the product lifecycle (front-end, back-end, IaC, system design, debugging, and testing).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and data/analytics teams to define outcome measurements, establish experimental frameworks, track behavior attribution, and shape product roadmaps.
• Performance & Productivity: Enhance application performance, code quality, security, and developer productivity across core properties.
• Trust & Safety Compliance: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all product experiences comply with trust and safety principles.
