ChemTreat is seeking a Sr. Sales Leader - Growth Driver in Charlotte, NC to expand ChemTreat’s market share by developing and executing innovative sales strategies within the water treatment space.

You will lead efforts to acquire new customers while coordinating with Technical Staff and Account Managers to maximize growth in your geography. The role emphasizes strategic analysis, prospecting, and presenting value propositions to decision-makers, with an emphasis on long-term relationship

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor level degree in engineering, science, or technical field with 7+ years relevant experience.

• Acquire new customers while managing business growth in the assigned geography.
• Develop and execute sales plans using technical water treatment knowledge.
• Collaborate with Technical Staff and Account Managers to create growth strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in target accounts.
