Qualifications

• 15+ years in electrical construction with senior leadership or executive responsibility.
• Proven track record managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, and profit margins.
• Experience building and growing high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and profitability focus.
• Experience across Commercial, Industrial and Mission Critical markets preferred.
• Exemplary leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage regional electrical construction operations with strong financial results.
• Own divisional P&L including revenue, budgets, forecasts and margins.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to operational leaders and project teams.
• Establish strategies to improve efficiency, productivity and project profitability.
• Oversee active project portfolios, ensuring delivery against financial, scheduling and quality targets.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and new market development.
• Build relationships with clients, general contractors and industry partners.
• Develop organizational structures, recruitment plans and leadership succession.
