Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in mechanical contracting, HVAC or building services.
• Experience managing operations across multiple divisions or profit centres.
• Strong commercial understanding with a track record in business development and operations.
• History of supporting business growth, improved performance, or scaling initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with an executive team and drive strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the executive team to strengthen operational leadership.
• Provide oversight of mechanical contracting operations across divisions.
• Support performance and development of multiple business units or operating companies.
• Contribute to business planning, commercial decisions and organisational objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and coordination.
• Support growth initiatives and the establishment of new activities where relevant.
