Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical construction with 6–7 years field experience.
• 4–5 years of management experience overseeing construction project teams and operations.
• Proven success delivering large-scale electrical construction projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Demonstrated financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, profitability management.
• Strong leadership with experience developing teams, managing performance, and driving accountability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, preconstruction, VDC, prefabrication, and construction technology.
• Commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall financial accountability for assigned branches or regions, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, cost control, cash flow, and working capital.
• Provide strategic direction to project management, field operations, estimating, and supporting teams.
• Oversee project execution to ensure safety, quality, schedule, budget, and profitability objectives are achieved.
• Oversee estimating, scope development, vendor and subcontractor coordination, and change order management to mitigate risk and maximize project profitability.
• Ensure effective project scheduling, resource planning, and coordination with general contractors.
• Champion preconstruction planning, VDC, prefabrication, kitting, and construction technology to improve productivity, quality, and field execution.
• Ensure consistent adoption of company procedures, financial systems, project management platforms, and operating standards.
• Build and maintain strategic customer, contractor, vendor, and industry relationships.
• Align regional or branch operations with corporate objectives, drive continuous improvement, develop future leaders.
