Job summary

Gryphon Oakwood, in partnership with a leading electrical contractor, seeks a Division Manager to lead operations and growth across the Carolinas. This is a senior leadership role overseeing profitability, project delivery, and client relationships across the division.

You will direct PMs, superintendents, and field teams on large-scale commercial electrical projects, develop high-performing teams, and support business development to expand regional footprint.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' commercial electrical construction experience.
• Proven leadership across projects, teams and/or branches.
• Strong operational, financial and client-facing experience.
• Commercial, Industrial & Mission Critical electrical knowledge.
• Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction operations across the division.
• Oversee PMs, Superintendents and field teams.
