Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in electrical construction.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience leading executives, managers, superintendents, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for electrical construction operations.
• Lead and develop Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and other operational leaders.
• Oversee the performance of multiple electrical construction projects and project teams.
• Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, scheduling, labor productivity, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain executive-level visibility into budgets, forecasting, and portfolio performance.
• Conduct regular operational and financial reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with estimating and preconstruction leadership to evaluate pursuits and staffing strategy.
• Develop workforce and leadership plans to support backlog and growth.
• Establish consistent operational processes, expectations, and accountability across project teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, owners, developers, engineers, and clients.
• Support major contract negotiations and resolution of significant issues.
• Mentor future operational leaders and strengthen succession planning.
