Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in mechanical contracting, construction, commercial HVAC, or related industries.
• Experience leading multiple operational functions and teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management, field operations, labor planning, and organizational development.
• Proven success implementing systems, processes, and performance management disciplines.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting organizational growth, business integration, or large-scale operational improvement initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational execution across service, construction, project management, field operations, and support functions.
• Ensure operational priorities remain aligned with company objectives.
• Create clarity around expectations, responsibilities, and performance standards.
• Remove obstacles that limit operational effectiveness and execution.
• Drive execution of company goals, annual plans, and quarterly priorities.
• Improve project execution, labor productivity, schedule performance, and forecasting accuracy.
• Partner with finance and operational leaders to improve visibility and decision making.
• Help maintain focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, safety, and profitability.
