• 10+ years of leadership experience in mechanical contracting, construction, commercial HVAC, industrial services, or related industries.
• Experience leading multiple operational functions and teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management, field operations, labor planning, and organizational development.
• Proven success implementing systems, processes, and performance management disciplines.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting organizational growth, business integration, or large-scale operational improvement initiatives is preferred.
