Job summary

TP Mechanical Contractors is seeking an executive to lead construction operations across a growing portfolio, ensuring safe, profitable, and efficient project delivery.

The VP, Construction Operations will partner with executive leadership to drive growth, enhance capability, and build a high-performing culture focused on safety, accountability and customer success. Location: Cincinnati/Columbus, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive construction operations leadership with 7–10 years in senior roles.
• Experience leading large-scale construction and multi-unit operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Operations Managers, Construction Managers, Project Executives and other leaders.
• Establish performance expectations and a culture of safety and accountability.
• Partner with HR on workforce planning and leadership development.
• Provide executive oversight to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Develop operating plans, budgets, forecasts and growth initiatives.
