Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Licensed Health & Life Insurance Producer or willingness to obtain (fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience (within 6 months of degree considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and follow up on leads.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
