M.R. Williams, Inc. is seeking a driven Territory Manager for the Greater Richmond, Virginia area. You will manage and grow an established customer base while actively developing new opportunities.

In this field-based role, you will work with convenience store owners, recommend products, execute merchandising programs, and deliver exceptional customer service to help customers grow their businesses.

Formación

• Two or more years of sales or account management experience.
• Outside sales, route sales, or territory management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience in convenience store, grocery, or foodservice distribution is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities in assigned territory.
• Build relationships with prospective customers and understand their business needs.
• Present solutions that demonstrate value of partnering with M.R. Williams.
• Take ownership of prospecting activities, follow-up, and new account development.
• Develop trusted relationships with convenience store owners and operators.
• Conduct regular store visits to identify opportunities for increased sales and profitability.
• Introduce new products, promotions, and programs that help customers grow.
• Provide exceptional service and timely follow-up.
