Job summary

We Do The Search, a Richmond-based industrial supplier, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering a fully stocked mobile store to diverse customers across transportation, aerospace, facilities, and manufacturing sectors. This field role requires residing in the assigned territory and a clean driving record.

You will prospect, cold-call, present solutions with sample boards and demos, and manage daily reports.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong job stability: max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily business reports.
• Data Integrity: Keep customer contact information up to date in company software.
