Job summary

RaceTrac, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee up to 25 RaceWay stores in a defined area. The role requires building strong Franchisee relationships, driving profitability, and frequent travel with overnight stays. Must be located in or around Richmond, Virginia.

Responsibilities include store visits, monitoring gasoline volume, working with pricing teams, and using Power BI to analyze performance. Leadership in recruitment and cross-team collaboration is essential for district success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operational or retail environment preferred.
• Experience with Power BI and dashboard analysis is a plus.
• Multi-unit management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee up to 25 RaceWay stores in a designated area to drive profitability.
• Build mutually beneficial relationships with Franchisees and support store functions.
• Monitor fuel pricing, track metrics with dashboards, and report performance.
• Conduct regular store visits and ensure brand standards are followed.
• Assist in recruiting and staffing for Franchisee locations and manage offers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify contracts and compliance.
• Provide leadership and communication to improve efficiencies in the district.
• Travel up to 90% and expect overnights as part of duties.
