Qualifications

• 12+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years leading marketing at a digital-first consumer business.
• Has run a P&L, not just a function.
• Owned full-funnel performance: paid + SEO + CRO + lifecycle/CRM, with a documented A/B testing cadence.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-acquisition strategy and CAC/payback targets across channels.
• Lead SEO and CRO with quantified targets for organic traffic share and conversions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing organization with clear career paths.
