Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations and customer service. You will drive account management, risk evaluation, and outreach while developing leadership capabilities.

The role offers structured training, cross-brand mobility, and strong promotion potential within our nationwide family of brands. A full-time, in-person schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required in accordance with applicable law.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position (standing up to 90% of the time, moving up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to meet quality standards.
• Perform duties outside the office including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Support leadership in driving in-store and community events.
