Job summary

Gaia seeks a Social Media Manager to lead content strategy and execution across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube from our Boulder, Colorado location. You will oversee content creation with our in-house team, drive organic growth, and report on performance to executives.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in social media for large brands, strong writing skills, and a track record of managing people. The role requires on-site work at our Louisville campus and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
• 3-4 years experience in social media marketing for a medium to large company with significant social presence (ideally 1+ million followers).
• 2+ years of experience managing direct employee(s).

Responsibilities

• Strategize, manage, and execute content marketing across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Collaborate with in-house creative team to create organic content that drives reach and ad revenue.
• Ideate ways to market Gaia content on social platforms based on trends and platform changes.
• Monitor trends, develop playbooks, and scale growth across platforms.
• Conduct post-performance analyses and reports for executives on reach, engagement, revenue.
