Job summary

Blue Bear Creative LLC, a Denver-based social media agency, seeks a Social Media Manager who lives online and loves turning data into action. You’ll own community management, engagement, and content strategy for client accounts, collaborating with strategy and account teams to drive growth and measurable outcomes.

You’ll craft captions, scripts, and posts in the client’s voice, test new ideas, and mentor teammates as part of a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social accounts for brands, with proven engagement growth.
• Ability to interpret metrics and translate into actionable insights.
• Strong writing voice adaptable to client tones.

Responsibilities

• Lead off-page community management, identifying where the audience lives and engaging in the client’s voice.
• Manage on-page engagement daily: comments, mentions, DMs, and escalations per guidelines.
• Own fan/partner database: track creators, fans, and outcomes.
• Collect UGC with permissions for reposts.
• Develop and refine editorial calendars across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
